The activity carried out until now by Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Machado, is now undertaken by Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Dr. Joaquim Chaves.

The Central Laboratory remains in the city of Ponta Delgada, specifically at Clínica do Bom Jesus. The Collection Stations associated with the Central Laboratory will maintain their operation, and many shall expand their collection days and operating hours.

Joaquim Chaves Saúde operates in the following locations: Ponta Delgada, Arrifes, Livramento, Vila Franca do Campo, Ribeira Grande, Povoação, Nordeste, Maia and Fenais da Ajuda.
