Appointments can be made quickly and easily:

• Through the JCS App (available for Android and iOS);
• On the doctor's page, by clicking on “Book Appointment,” which will redirect you to the Personal Area to make your appointment;
• By phone, by contacting our Customer Service.

Availability is visible in the Personal Area or JCS App (available for Android and iOS) after selecting the desired doctor. If you have any difficulties, you can also contact our Customer Service directly to obtain this information.

Go to the Agreements page and select your insurance company or subsystem. You will see the doctors and facilities covered.

On the ADSE Agreements page, you can check whether the specialty and doctor are included. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service directly to obtain this information.

On the Agreements with SAMS Quadros or SAMS/SIB page, you can check whether the specialty and doctor are included. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service directly to obtain this information.

You can choose to:

• Make the appointment without an agreement (private plan), which means you will have to pay for the medical services in full. In addition, you can check with your insurance company or health subsystem to see if reimbursement is possible;
• Choose another doctor from the same specialty with an agreement;

Yes. You can do this through your Personal Area, the JCS App (available for Android and iOS), or by contacting Customer Service by phone.

On the Clinical Team and Healthcare Professionals page, access the profile of the doctor you want. If the doctor has this option, the designation and option for video consultation and/or teleconsultation will appear under Services. This modality is available in several specialties.

Yes. Doctors have access to your medical history, provided that the data is recorded in the JCS system, ensuring integrated and secure monitoring.

You can upload the documents to your Personal Area or the JCS App (available for Android and iOS), send them by email (Contacts | Joaquim Chaves Saúde) identifying your details and purpose, or deliver them in person before the consultation.

Yes, we have doctors who speak languages other than Portuguese. On the Clinical Team and Healthcare Professionals page, access the profile of the doctor you are looking for, where you will find information on all the languages spoken by that doctor.

Access the Clinical Team and Healthcare Professionals section and search by professional name, specialty, or unit. You can also use the search bar at the top of the website.

In the Personal Area or JCS App (available for Android and iOS), select the desired specialty and the system will suggest available doctors. If you have any difficulties, you can also contact our Customer Support Service directly for assistance.
