The Clinical Testingservice will be 100% operational.

However, given that the current situation is still far from being normalised, a set of rules are in place to guarantee everyone’s safety:

• All users will be submitted to a thorough triage upon entering the Clinics, namely through a questionnaire and temperature measurement;

• To enter the Clinics all users must wear a facemask. Masks can be purchased at the time of triage;

• Accompanying persons will not be authorised to enter (except for those accompanying children or users with reduced mobility);

• If there is suspicion or confirmation of infection with COVID-19, the measures established by DGS directives will be enforced.

• Social distancing rules will be applied inside the Clinics and there will be a limited number of spaces in waiting rooms.
