Due to the current coronavirus (COVID – 19) pandemic, please note that the opening hours and services at our Miraflores and Europa Clinics will be revised as of Monday, 23 March 2020.

Clínica de Miraflores

Clinical Testing

• Collection hours: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

• The Laboratory’s regular emergency service will be temporarily unavailable.

Outpatient

• Opening hours (outpatient): Monday to Friday from 2pm to 6pm.

Regarding the remaining services, we provide the following indications:

Screening

• Screening will be carried out by a fully equipped nurse, taking the User’s temperature with an IV thermometer

• In case of suspected infection and if the User does not present signs of decompensation, home isolation will be advised, as well as contacting the Linha Saúde 24 hotline (808 24 24 24)

• Users who present signs of decompensation (respiratory failure) will be automatically isolated at the Clinic until an ambulance arrives

Emergency medical assistance

• Active.

Radiology

• Active (emergencies have preference).

Gynaecology/Obstetrics

• Active only for pregnant users.

Dentistry

• Active only for emergencies.

Nursing

• Active, primarily for obstetrics and vaccinations.

All remaining activities (consultations and complementary diagnostic examinations & therapy) will be cancelled.

• The Laboratory’s regular emergency service will be temporarily unavailable.

Outpatient

• Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm.
